About the Artist

 I am a Princeton, New Jersey resident. Encaustic painting is a spontaneous medium where hot wax is applied to wood panels and fused with heat. Layering and colored pigments create varied and beautiful effects.  The luminosity, texture, and translucency are characteristics that have made encaustic painting my focus.
